Gheorge and Ioana receive a food parcel and a new stove.

Gheorge and Ioana live in a cramped Romanian house with their eight children. All ten of them sleep in the same room with only two beds. Both parents and some of the children have somewhat limited mental capacity. Gheorge does simple jobs such as splitting wood and hauling manure with his horse and wagon to help provide for his wife and children. The family’s small income doesn’t reach around, especially since expenses in Romania are comparable to America. A monthly gift of an Adopt-A-Family food parcel is a huge blessing to this family.
